Physician – Pediatrics

Edward P. Buchanan, MD, FACS, FAAP is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician specializing in Pediatrics to join our team in providing exceptional medical care to children in the community. As a board-certified Pediatrician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, treating, and caring for infants, children, and adolescents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physical examinations of pediatric patients
• Evaluate patients’ medical histories and symptoms
• Order diagnostic tests and interpret results
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and monitor patients’ progress
• Provide guidance and support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in educational programs and community outreach initiatives

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Board certification in Pediatrics
• Fellowship training in Pediatric subspecialty is a plus
• Current state medical license
• BLS and PALS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
