General Practice Attorney Position Available

Are you a talented attorney looking to join a dynamic and growing law firm? Edwards Law Firm P is currently seeking a General Practice Attorney to join our team. As a General Practice Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases and provide expert legal counsel to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of diverse legal matters, including but not limited to family law, real estate, criminal defense, and estate planning
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
• Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Appear in court and represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in a general practice setting
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
