Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Description:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living
• Assist with medication administration under the supervision of a registered nurse
• Document resident care services and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Promote independence and dignity for all residents

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification
• Experience in a long-term care setting preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
