Job Responsibilities:

As a Family Law Attorney, Attorney, or Labor & Employment Law Attorney at Efrem Sewell Law Office, you will be responsible for:

• Providing legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters, general legal issues, or labor & employment law cases
• Conducting legal research and analysis to support client cases
• Drafting legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
• Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state where the position is located
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in family law, general legal practice, or labor & employment law
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
