Position: General Practice Attorney

Job Description:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in a wide range of practice areas
• Handle client consultations, research, negotiations, and court appearances
• Draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to achieve positive outcomes for clients
• Maintain accurate records and files for cases

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively and efficiently
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Position: Patent, Trademark & Copyright Law Attorney

Job Description:

• Specialize in intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights
• Advise clients on protecting their inventions, brands, and creative works
• Prepare and file patent applications, trademark registrations, and copyright notices
• Handle intellectual property disputes, such as infringement claims and licensing agreements
• Stay current on changes in intellectual property laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in patent, trademark, and copyright law
• Registered patent attorney or agent (preferred)
• Demonstrated expertise in intellectual property matters
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
