As a Line Cook at Egg Rolls, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and possess a strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing ingredients for menu items
• Cooking and plating dishes according to recipes
• Maintaining a clean and organized work station

Server

Our Servers play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service to our guests. If you have a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality, we want you on our team. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and seating guests
• Taking food and beverage orders
• Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience

Host/Hostess

As a Host/Hostess at Egg Rolls, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. We are looking for individuals who are outgoing, organized, and able to multi-task effectively. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests as they arrive
• Managing reservations and seating assignments
• Assisting servers and bussers as needed

Dishwasher

Our Dishwashers play a critical role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team. Responsibilities include:

• Operating commercial dishwashing equipment
• Ensuring all dishes and utensils are cleaned and sanitized
• Assisting with basic kitchen prep as needed
