Current Job Openings:

1. Line Cook

El Charro Mexican Restaurant is currently seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and possess a strong knowledge of Mexican cuisine. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to order, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook
• Knowledge of traditional Mexican cooking techniques
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high standard of quality

2. Server

We are also looking for friendly and attentive Servers to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong knowledge of our menu offerings. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Prior experience as a Server in a restaurant setting
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing a positive guest experience

3. Catering Coordinator

El Charro Mexican Restaurant offers catering services for a variety of events, from corporate meetings to weddings and parties. We are seeking a detail-oriented Catering Coordinator to help plan and execute these events. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.

• Previous experience in catering or event planning
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with clients to meet their needs
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and ensure smooth execution
