Current Job Openings

1. Bartender

El Matador Bar & Grill is currently seeking experienced bartenders to join our team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests. In addition, you will mix and serve drinks, take food and drink orders, and ensure that all customers have a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service.

• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

2. Line Cook

We are also looking for skilled line cooks to join our kitchen team. As a line cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to El Matador’s recipes and quality standards. You will work closely with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and a passion for cooking delicious meals.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a line cook
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Team player with a positive attitude

3. Server

We are seeking friendly and outgoing individuals to join our team as servers. As a server, you will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

• Prior experience in a customer service role
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of restaurant menu items and specials
• Team player with a strong work ethic
