Position: Line Cook

As a Line Cook at El Rancherito Taqueria, you will be responsible for preparing our signature dishes using fresh ingredients and traditional recipes. Your creativity and attention to detail will ensure that every meal served meets our high standards of quality and taste.

• Prepares ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces
• Cooks and assembles dishes according to menu specifications
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborates with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation

Position: Server

Our Servers play a key role in providing excellent customer service at El Rancherito Taqueria. You will greet and seat guests, take orders, and ensure that each guest has a memorable dining experience.

• Greets guests as they arrive and escorts them to their tables
• Explains menu items and makes recommendations to guests
• Takes and delivers food and beverage orders promptly
• Addresses guest inquiries and resolves any issues with professionalism

Position: Dishwasher

As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our kitchen and utensils at El Rancherito Taqueria. Your role is essential in ensuring a hygienic and efficient working environment for our team.

• Cleans dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using industrial dishwashing equipment
• Ensures that all items are properly sanitized and stored
• Assists in keeping the kitchen area clean and organized
• Adheres to food safety and sanitation guidelines
