El Rancho Mexican Restaurant is currently seeking talented individuals to join our team. We have various positions available in our restaurant, take-out service, and catering department.

Position: Line Cook

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes
• Ensure food quality and presentation meets our standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment

Position: Server

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction

Position: Catering Coordinator

• Manage catering orders and inquiries
• Coordinate delivery and setup of catering orders
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of catering orders
• Provide exceptional customer service to catering clients

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, reliable, and team-oriented. Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus but not required – we are willing to train the right individuals who have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for all positions.
