Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about food and hospitality, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. While experience in the restaurant industry is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidates who are eager to learn and grow with us.

Line Cook:

• Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of Latin American cuisine

Server:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Knowledge of menu items and specials

Dishwasher:

• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment

Host/Hostess:

• Warm and welcoming personality
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage reservations and waitlist

Food Prep Assistant:

• Basic knife skills and food safety knowledge
