We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Home Health Aides to join our growing team. If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a difference in the lives of those in need, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Help clients with medication reminders
• Accompany clients to doctor’s appointments and other outings
• Document and report any changes in client’s condition to the care team

Qualifications

• Valid Home Health Aide certification
• Previous experience working as a Home Health Aide
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Reliable transportation
