We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides.

Job Title: Home Health Aide

Job Description:

• Provide personal care services to elderly clients in their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility and exercise routines
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
• Help clients with meal preparation and feeding
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
• Document care provided and communicate with healthcare team as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred
• Prior experience in home care or nursing assistance
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
