If so, Electro Coat Refinishing is looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:

1. Electrolysis Technician

As an Electrolysis Technician at Electro Coat Refinishing, you will be responsible for operating electrolysis equipment to remove rust, corrosion, and other contaminants from metal surfaces. Your primary duties will include:

• Preparing metal surfaces for the electrolysis process
• Operating electrolysis tanks according to established procedures
• Ensuring the quality of electrolysis treatments
• Maintaining equipment and keeping work areas clean

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to follow safety protocols. Previous experience in electrolysis or metal cleaning is preferred but not required.

2. Locker Refinisher

As a Locker Refinisher at Electro Coat Refinishing, you will be responsible for refinishing metal lockers to restore their appearance and protect them from wear and tear. Your primary duties will include:

• Removing old finishes from lockers using chemical strippers or sandblasting
• Applying new coatings or paints to lockers
• Inspecting finished lockers for quality and consistency
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations

To excel in this role, you should have a good eye for detail, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in locker refinishing or metal painting is a plus.

3. Metal Finisher

As a Metal Finisher at Electro Coat Refinishing, you will be responsible for applying various finishes to metal surfaces to improve their appearance and durability. Your primary duties will include:

• Preparing metal surfaces for finishing by sanding, grinding, or polishing
• Applying coatings, paints, or plating to metal surfaces
• Using specialized tools and equipment to achieve desired finishes
• Inspecting finished metal surfaces for quality and consistency

To thrive in this role, you should have a strong work ethic, good physical stamina, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in metal finishing or painting is preferred but not required.
