About Us:

Elemental Floral Events is a leading floral design and event planning company based in the heart of the city. We specialize in creating unforgettable experiences through our unique floral arrangements and meticulous attention to detail. Our team is comprised of passionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients.

We are currently looking to expand our team and are seeking talented individuals to join us in the following positions:

1. Florists:

As a florist at Elemental Floral Events, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral designs for various events, including weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their vision and bring it to life through your creativity and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create unique floral arrangements
• Source and select high-quality flowers and foliage
• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure client satisfaction
• Set up and install floral arrangements at event venues
• Maintain inventory and equipment

2. Party & Event Planners:

Our party and event planners play a crucial role in creating seamless and unforgettable events for our clients. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning, from concept development to execution, ensuring that every detail is thoughtfully considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop event concepts and themes
• Create event timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
• Manage event logistics and on-site coordination
• Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and needs

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about floral design and event planning, with a keen eye for detail and a creative flair. In addition, the following qualifications are required for each position:

Florists:

• Proven experience as a florist
• Proficiency in floral design techniques
• Strong knowledge of different types of flowers and foliage
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Party & Event Planners:

• Previous experience in event planning or a related field
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong vendor and supplier relationships
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Creative problem-solving abilities
