Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of events from start to finish
• Create and manage event budgets, timelines, and schedules
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• On-site coordination and management of events
• Ensure all event details are executed flawlessly

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning software
• Knowledge of trends in the event industry
