Position: Patent, Trademark & Copyright Law Attorney

At Ella’s Garden, we are currently seeking a talented and motivated Patent, Trademark & Copyright Law Attorney to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional with a passion for intellectual property law to work on cutting-edge cases and make a real impact on our clients’ success.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct research on patent, trademark, and copyright laws
– Draft and file patent applications with the USPTO
– Advise clients on trademark and copyright registration
– Handle infringement and enforcement matters
– Provide legal opinions and recommendations to clients
– Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored IP strategies

Qualifications:

– Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
– Admission to the state Bar
– 3+ years of experience in patent, trademark, and copyright law
– Strong analytical and research skills
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
