Positions Available

1. General Contractor

As a General Contractor at EMC Services, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Your duties will include coordinating with subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.

2. Demolition Contractor

We are also looking for experienced Demolition Contractors to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently demolishing structures as per project requirements. You must have knowledge of demolition techniques, equipment operation, and safety regulations. A positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position.

3. Home Builder

If you have a passion for building and designing homes, then our Home Builder position may be the right fit for you. As a Home Builder at EMC Services, you will work closely with clients to bring their dream homes to life. From design conception to final walkthrough, you will be involved in every step of the construction process. The ideal candidate will have a creative eye, strong project management skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of construction techniques and building codes
