Job Title: Roadside Assistance Technician

Job Description

Are you a skilled automotive technician with a passion for helping others in need? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy problem-solving on the go? If so, we want you to join our team at Emergency Fleet Services as a Roadside Assistance Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to calls for assistance from stranded motorists, providing on-the-spot diagnostics, and performing a variety of roadside services to get their vehicles back on the road.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency roadside assistance calls in a timely manner
• Perform battery jumps, tire changes, lockouts, and fuel deliveries
• Conduct basic vehicle diagnostics and repairs on-site
• Assist with towing and recovery operations when needed
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and materials used

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in automotive repair or roadside assistance preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
