We are Hiring: Insurance Sales Agent

Job Description

As an Insurance Sales Agent at Empire Insurance Services, you will be responsible for selling various insurance products to clients. This includes but is not limited to auto, home, life, and commercial insurance policies. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with the best insurance solutions to meet those needs. In addition, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as generating leads and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Educate clients on the different types of insurance coverage available
• Analyze clients’ current insurance policies and recommend adjustments where needed
• Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance policies

Qualifications

• Prior experience in insurance sales preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of insurance products and services
• Must hold a valid insurance license (or be willing to obtain one)
