1. Sales Associate – Hardware Stores
As a Sales Associate in our hardware store department, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right tools and hardware products for their needs. You will provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and offer recommendations based on your product knowledge and expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding products and answering questions
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs
- Process transactions and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stay up-to-date on new products and promotions
Requirements:
- Prior retail sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of hardware products and tools
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
2. Equipment Specialist – Construction & Building Equipment
Join our team as an Equipment Specialist in our construction and building equipment department. In this role, you will work closely with contractors, builders, and DIY enthusiasts to provide them with the right tools and equipment for their projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting construction and building equipment
- Demonstrate how to use equipment and provide safety tips
- Maintain equipment inventory and ensure products are in working order
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Experience in construction or building industry preferred
- Knowledge of construction equipment and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices
3. Garden Specialist – Lawn & Garden Equipment & Supplies
If you have a green thumb and a passion for helping customers create beautiful outdoor spaces, consider joining us as a Garden Specialist. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting lawn and garden equipment, plants, and supplies to enhance their outdoor living areas.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on gardening techniques and plant care
- Assist customers in selecting lawn and garden equipment
- Keep the garden center organized and well-maintained
- Participate in special events and workshops to educate customers
Requirements:
- Passion for gardening and outdoor living
- Knowledge of plants, flowers, and garden maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
