Qualifications

To be considered for a position at Encompass Home Health Care Fax, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

For Health & Welfare Clinics:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in preventive healthcare services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

For Home Health Services:

• Valid state licensure as a Home Health Nurse or Physical Therapist
• Experience in home health care services
• Excellent clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered care approach

For Hospices:

• Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care
• Experience in hospice care or end-of-life support
• Ability to provide emotional support to patients and families
• Strong communication and listening skills
