We are Hiring: Mortgage Loan Officer

Job Description:

As a Mortgage Loan Officer at Encore Mortgage, you will be responsible for originating and closing mortgage loans while providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend loan products that best meet their needs. Your primary goal will be to guide clients through the mortgage process from application to closing, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
• Develop referral networks to generate mortgage leads
• Advise clients on the best mortgage products based on their financial situation
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Close loans and communicate terms to clients
• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the loan process

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or similar role
• Knowledge of loan origination software (Encompass, Calyx Point, etc.)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be licensed as a Mortgage Loan Officer
