We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Officer at ENG Lending, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and assist them in securing the best mortgage options to suit their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, authorize, or recommend approval of real estate or credit loans.
• Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods.
• Guide customers through the loan application process.
• Help clients understand different mortgage options and assist them in choosing the right one.
• Ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and trends.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or similar role.
• Knowledge of loan processing and mortgage industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred).
