Job Title: Rental Sales Agent

Job Description

As a Rental Sales Agent at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their rental car needs. You will provide excellent customer service, process rental agreements, and ensure that vehicles are clean and ready for the next customer. You will also be responsible for promoting and selling optional services, such as insurance and upgrades, to enhance customers’ rental experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rental car reservations and inquiries
• Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently
• Ensure vehicles are clean and in good working condition
• Promote and sell optional services to customers
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
