Job Title: Home Builder

Job Responsibilities:

• Constructing new homes according to blueprints and specifications
• Ensuring all work meets building codes and safety standards
• Collaborating with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members
• Handling tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Communicating effectively with supervisors and clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in home building or a related field
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
