Job Title: Training Consultant
Location: Remote
As a Training Consultant at Entre Results, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that align with our clients’ objectives. You will work closely with our team of experts to assess training needs, create engaging content, and facilitate workshops and seminars to enhance the skills of employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Design and develop training materials, including presentations, activities, and e-learning modules
- Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions for individuals and groups
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for enhancements
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor training solutions accordingly
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual training platforms
