Job Title: General Contractor/Building Contractor

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Various locations across the United States

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project success
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment for all personnel
• Adhere to all industry regulations and standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in general contracting or building contracting
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of safety regulations and procedures
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• OSHA certification is a plus
