We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper:

Job Title: Bookkeeper

– Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records
– Handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable and receivable
– Reconciling bank statements and preparing financial reports
– Assisting with payroll processing and tax preparation
– Communicating with clients to ensure their financial needs are met

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
– 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
– Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

We are also looking for a dedicated individual to fill the role of Tax Return Preparer:

Job Title: Tax Return Preparer

– Reviewing client tax documents and preparing accurate tax returns
– Keeping up-to-date on tax laws and regulations
– Providing tax planning and consulting services to clients
– Resolving tax-related issues and inquiries
– Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure compliance with tax regulations

Qualifications:

– Enrolled Agent or CPA certification preferred
– 3+ years of experience in tax preparation
– Knowledge of tax preparation software such as Lacerte or ProSeries
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
