Position Available: Precision Grinding Technician

Job Responsibilities:

– Operate precision grinding machines to grind, sharpen, and refurbish various types of equipment
– Ensure the accuracy and quality of all grinding processes to meet client specifications
– Perform routine maintenance on grinding equipment to ensure smooth operations
– Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during grinding processes

Qualifications:

– At least 2 years of experience in precision grinding or related field
– Proficient in using precision grinding equipment and tools
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
– Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Position Available: Machine Shops Technician

Job Responsibilities:

– Operate various machinery and equipment within machine shops to rebuild and repair parts
– Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately rebuild equipment
– Collaborate with engineers and design teams to ensure the quality and precision of rebuilt parts
– Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance

Qualifications:

– Previous experience working in machine shops or a similar environment
– Proficiency in operating a variety of machinery and equipment
– Knowledge of reading technical drawings and blueprints
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Position Available: Plating Technician

Job Responsibilities:

– Prepare surfaces for plating processes by cleaning and degreasing parts
– Apply coatings to surfaces using various plating techniques such as electroplating or immersion plating
– Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure the quality and consistency of plated parts
– Inspect plated parts for defects and make necessary adjustments to meet client specifications

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in plating or a related field
– Knowledge of different plating techniques and processes
– Attention to detail and ability to follow strict quality control guidelines
– Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
