Position: General Contractor

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed on time and within budget
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders
• Maintain a clean and organized work site
• Identify potential issues and propose solutions

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with a focus on remodeling
• Valid General Contractor’s license
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
