Position: Event Planner

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences
• Create event proposals and timelines based on client input
• Coordinate with vendors, such as caterers, florists, and decorators, to ensure seamless execution of events
• Manage event budgets and track expenses
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the planning process

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event planning or hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
