Position: Insurance Agent

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
• Educate clients on different insurance products and help them choose the right coverage
• Generate new leads through networking and referrals
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes to policies
• Meet sales targets and goals set by the company

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
• Must have a valid insurance agent license
