Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event vision and goals
• Create detailed event proposals, including themes, décor, entertainment, and budget
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and products
• Manage event logistics, timelines, and schedules
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns that may arise
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in event planning or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and excellence
• Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office suite
• Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend events
