Real Estate Investments & Management Opportunity

The Estates at Memorial Heights Apartments is a premier luxury apartment community located in the heart of Houston, Texas. We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team in the role of Real Estate Investments & Management Associate. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of our community.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform financial analysis on potential real estate investment opportunities
• Assist in the due diligence process for property acquisitions
• Oversee property management activities including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize property value and return on investment
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new investment opportunities
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve business objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in real estate investments or management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with real estate investment analysis software
