Job Responsibilities:

• Inspecting damaged windshields to determine the extent of repairs needed
• Repairing or replacing windshields following company guidelines and safety procedures
• Ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Windshield Repair Technician preferred
• Knowledge of auto glass repair techniques
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
