Position: Criminal Law Attorney

As a Criminal Law Attorney at Eutsler Law Firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of criminal defense cases, from misdemeanors to serious felonies. You will be responsible for representing clients in court, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and negotiating with prosecutors. Your primary goal will be to achieve the best possible outcome for each client, ensuring that their rights are protected throughout the legal process.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in criminal proceedings, including arraignments, pretrial hearings, and trials
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients’ cases
• Draft legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Negotiate plea deals with prosecutors on behalf of clients
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process
• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication
• Stay current on changes in criminal law and procedural rules

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California State Bar
• 2+ years of experience in criminal defense
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dedication to upholding the highest ethical standards
