Position: Event Coordinator

Job Description:

Event Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning and a strong work ethic. This role will involve collaborating with clients, vendors, and colleagues to ensure the successful execution of events from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute events, including sourcing venues, managing budgets, and coordinating logistics
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly
• Manage event timelines and schedules to ensure deadlines are met
• Provide on-site support during events to troubleshoot any issues that may arise

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in event planning or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Degree in event planning, hospitality management, or a related field (preferred)
