About the Role:

As a Party & Event Planner at Events & Design By Erika, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events of all sizes. From initial client consultations to on-site event management, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of each event. We are looking for creative and organized individuals who are passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event vision and goals
• Create detailed event proposals, including timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other event partners
• Manage event logistics, including setup, teardown, and on-site coordination
• Handle any issues or challenges that may arise during events
• Ensure the overall success and satisfaction of clients

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in event planning or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of event planning software and tools is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Curate a selection of games and activities for events
• Coordinate with vendors to provide entertainment services
• Manage event schedules and staffing requirements
• Ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests at all times
• Monitor and evaluate the success of amusement offerings
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in amusement management or related field
