Job Responsibilities

As a Janitorial Service Technician at Executive Building Systems, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our clients’ facilities. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Dusting and polishing furniture
• Emptying trash cans and recycling bins
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Refilling supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Performing general maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in janitorial services preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
