Position: Barista

As a Barista at Eximius Coffee, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages to our customers. You will also be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience at our coffee shops.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and standards
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred
• Knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
