Job Title: Party & Event Planner
Job Description
As a Party & Event Planner at Exitus VR, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing virtual reality experiences for a wide range of events, including birthday parties, corporate events, team-building activities, and more. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, create customized event packages, and ensure that every detail is taken care of to deliver a seamless and unforgettable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences
- Create customized event packages tailored to each client’s needs
- Coordinate with internal teams to schedule VR experiences and activities
- Manage event logistics and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of the event
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Stay up-to-date on the latest virtual reality technology and trends
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event planning or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Passion for technology and creating memorable experiences
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
