Position: General Contractor

As a General Contractor at Expert Climate Control, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various construction projects from start to finish. Your duties will include:

– Coordinating with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
– Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
– Ensuring compliance with all building codes and regulations
– Supervising construction crews and conducting quality control inspections
– Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

– Proven experience as a General Contractor in the construction industry
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
– Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when necessary

Position: Air Conditioning Contractor & Systems Specialist

As an Air Conditioning Contractor & Systems Specialist at Expert Climate Control, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems for our residential and commercial clients. Your duties will include:

– Performing HVAC system installations according to manufacturer specifications
– Conducting routine maintenance checks and servicing HVAC units
– Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC system malfunctions
– Providing recommendations for system upgrades or replacements
– Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional service

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

– Certification or license as an HVAC technician
– Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems
– Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC equipment and tools
– Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
