Job Opening: Event Coordinator

We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning and a passion for creating one-of-a-kind experiences for our clients. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event vision and requirements
• Plan and execute all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and logistics
• Create detailed event timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution
• Manage event staff and volunteers
• Provide on-site event coordination and support
• Track and report on event performance metrics

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in event planning or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
