Position: General Merchandise Manager

Ezneeds is a fast-growing retail company specializing in offering a wide range of general merchandise, housewares, and office equipment & supplies. We are looking for a motivated and experienced General Merchandise Manager to join our team in ensuring that our customers have access to high-quality products at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability
• Manage inventory levels to ensure the right mix of products is available to meet customer demand
• Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and promotions
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Lead a team of merchandisers and ensure that they are trained and motivated to achieve company goals

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably in the general merchandise category
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
