Job Title: Civil Litigation & Trial Law Attorney

As a Civil Litigation & Trial Law Attorney at Fabio & Merrill, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including but not limited to contract disputes, personal injury claims, and business litigation. You will also be expected to represent clients in court proceedings and trial hearings, providing effective advocacy and legal counsel.

Job Title: Employment Discrimination Attorney

Our Employment Discrimination Attorneys at Fabio & Merrill play a crucial role in ensuring that employees are protected from discrimination and harassment in the workplace. As an Employment Discrimination Attorney, you will work with clients to investigate complaints, negotiate settlements, and represent them in administrative hearings and court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents and pleadings
• Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar in which you will be practicing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation, trial law, or employment discrimination
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
