Position: Worship Leader

Faith Assembly Church is currently seeking a talented and passionate individual to serve as our Worship Leader. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for God and a gift for leading others in worship through music.

Responsibilities:

• Lead worship at our weekly services, including Sunday morning and evening services
• Select and arrange appropriate music for each service
• Recruit and train volunteers for the worship team
• Attend regular staff meetings and collaborate with the pastoral team
• Develop relationships with members of the congregation and mentor worship team members

Qualifications:

• A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ
• Experience leading worship in a church setting
• Proficiency in playing an instrument (such as guitar or piano) is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Position: Youth Pastor

Faith Assembly Church is also looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Youth Pastor. This individual will have a heart for young people and a desire to see them grow in their faith.

Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly youth group meetings and activities
• Coordinate outreach events to engage with youth in the community
• Provide mentorship and support to youth group members
• Plan and organize youth retreats and mission trips
• Work closely with the pastoral team to integrate youth ministry with the overall church vision

Qualifications:

• A passion for working with young people and helping them grow spiritually
• Experience in youth ministry or a related field
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with youth and parents
• Team player with a collaborative spirit
