Family Centered Health Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional medical care to patients of all ages. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions, as well as promoting preventive care and overall wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough physical examinations and medical histories
• Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses
• Developing personalized treatment plans for patients
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
• Providing health education and counseling to patients
• Collaborating with other health care professionals to coordinate patient care

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Valid medical license in the state of practice
• Excellent clinical skills and bedside manner
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
