We are Hiring: Counselor

Job Description:

As a Counselor at Family Dynamics Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients to provide individual, couple, and family therapy. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate therapeutic interventions to support clients in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions
• Complete thorough assessments and create treatment plans
• Develop and implement therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with clients to establish treatment goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Licensed or license-eligible in counseling or social work
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal obligations in mental health counseling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
