The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, updating patient records, and handling administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Schedule appointments and maintain the clinic’s appointment calendar
• Verify insurance information and assist patients with billing inquiries
• Update and maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Handle phone calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and ordering supplies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a medical office setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer systems and electronic medical records
